Shepparton Skin Clinic is a private clinic. There is a fee charged for all consultations. Concession card holders will be charged a reduced fee. All patients can claim a rebate from Medicare.
Payment is expected on the day of treatment. We do not do part payments or payment plans on medical services. Credit card and EFTPOS are available. We do not accept cheques.
Patients receiving treatment that does not come under Medicare, ie Cosmetic, have the option of using Zip Money/Zip Pay as a payment plan for cosmetic services.
Total Body Mapping is eligible for a rebate from some private funds. Please enquire with yours as this is not uniform.
You do need an appointment to see us. We are not able to see “walk-in” patients as we are often booked months ahead.
Yes, evening appointments are available subject to availability.
You do not need a referral from your GP to see us but one is preferred as they can provide valuable medical background that will assist in your treatment. Our doctors will send a progress report to your GP if you are referred and also if you request it.
We are a clinic that treats conditions of the skin. Any other conditions should be referred to your normal GP. In some cases we refer on to other specialists locally and in Melbourne.
Yes, there is a fee of $30 – which is deducted from any future service. This does not apply to products.
